How to get from Glasgow to Seville as Rangers just one step away from Europa League final

Rangers head to Germany on Thursday to face RB Leipzig in the first leg of the Europa League semi final.

Gio van Bronckhorst' s men will be hoping to keep the score tight as they welcome the Bundesliga side to Ibrox one week later in the hopes of secure a place in the competition's grand finale.

If successful, Rangers will face the winners of West Ham vs Eintracht Frankfurt.

The final two sides will meet in Seville, with the big game under one month away.

And Rangers fans might already be having a nosey at how they can make their way to Spain if the Light Blues are victorious in the semis.

Supporters may not want to tempt fate but, equally, will be hoping to avoid a last minute rush for flights and accommodation.

To help out, we have a little look at how to get from Glasgow to Seville as well as the hotel options available.

Here is all you need to know...

The final takes place on Wednesday May 18 at Sevilla's Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán.

Kick off is at 8pm.

Unfortunately, there are no direct flights from Glasgow - or any other Scottish airport - to Seville.

It means that if you are hoping to fly out for the final, you will need to make at least one stop on your way.

The easiest option may be a flight via London, but that may not be the cheapest way to do it.

If you wanted to add a few days to your trip either side of the clash, you may be looking to leave on Monday 16 and return on Friday 10 May.

The cheapest flights on these dates would set you back around £210.

This option has one change in Paris on the way out and two stops - one in Ibiza and a second in London - on the way back.
