How Man City should line up vs West Ham in Premier League

Pep Guardiola has another injury crisis in defence for the trip to West Ham on Sunday, where a win would put Manchester City on the verge of the Premier League title.

City are three points ahead of Liverpool, needing four points to guarantee the title. With Liverpool not in league action this weekend, City can move six points clear of Jurgen Klopp's men, who would only have six points left to play for.

However, Guardiola will be hoping for positive injury news on his remaining defenders, with three already ruled out. Kyle Walker, Ruben Dias, and John Stones are definitely out, while Aymeric Laporte and Fernandinho are doubts after picking up injuries against Wolves in the week. Nathan Ake is struggling for fitness, with Rodri possibly needed to drop back. Guardiola will assess his squad on Sunday.
