Hotel guest 'absolutely fuming' after mix-up leaves him sharing double bed with pal

A man was left ‘fuming’ when a hotel, which he claims charged him for booking a room which was not available, refused to give him a refund. Chris Bennison had booked a two-night stay for himself and a male friend at the North Stafford Hotel in Stoke.
