Earlier in the card Erne River looks to build upon an emphatic debut over fences at Doncaster and he’ll be a short priced favourite to do so in the Novices’ Chase at 1:30.

Just four mares head to post for Hereford’s feature race on the card at 3:40.

Empressive Lady was a winner on Sunday for Sue Gardner at Exeter and she will be facing off against another recent winner in Bellatrixsa from the Venetia Williams team.

Williams saddles an interesting runner in the handicap chase that precedes that contest at 3:05 as Fuji Flight bids to finally get off the mark over fences.
