We bring you a bumper midweek service of racing with live action from Musselburgh, Wincanton and Lingfield in the afternoon, with Kempton racing on the all-weather tonight.

It’s all warming up rather nicely in time for the Cheltenham Festival, isn’t it?

One of the most eye-catching runners is at Wincanton where one-time 151-rated chaser Adrien Du Pont (5.20) goes for Paul Nicholls at his local track. The champion-trainer - now back in-form after six winners in the last two weeks - also sends out four other runners of which Ubetya (2.30) could be a good thing to oblige in the handicap chase.

At Musselburgh, the in-form Laura Morgan - who has had six winners from her last 14 runners - sends out three well-backed runners including Champ Is Real (3.30), who landed a storming raceday gamble here last time out. Also here, Idilico is a very interesting runner for the Dianne Sayer yard (2.20) after he won easily over hurdles here last time. He was 28/1 that day and - while he won’t be that price again here - he could take advantage of his mark over fences.
