On November 2, at 11-00, in the city of Calpe, Spain, a charity interactive workshop titled "How to Manage Stress?" will be held for Ukrainian veterans, displaced people, and their families.

Organizer: PanteonX Charitable Foundation with the support of the Calpe City Council in Spain.

Speaker: Zhasulan Abishev, lead trainer, mindfulness supervisor, and expert with international experience training over 170 coaches; Ambassador of the PanteonX Foundation. Discussion topics include practical mindfulness skills for stress reduction; understanding approaches to managing anxiety and stress through self-regulation techniques; knowledge about how neuroplasticity of the brain helps adapt to changes.
