Journalists of Ukrainian media and representatives of public organizations held a two-day hackathon for children of military personnel in the summer camp Eko-Life ZBRUCH in Khmelnytskyi region.

During the creative weekend, the camp guests talked about the peculiarities of the professions of correspondents, editors, operators and other important members of Ukrainian media teams, shared personal experiences and professional life hacks.

The teenagers were most interested in interactive activities from journalists: master classes during which participants had the opportunity to try themselves as interviewers, participate in quizzes, discussions and dialogues with journalists.

More than 40 creative and gifted children of our military from eight communities of Khmelnytskyi region gathered to listen to the stories of media representatives. Among them are participants and winners of school humanitarian competitions, leaders of school self-government.

The Hackathon was the final event of the 2024 season. This year, in the Eсo-Life ZBRUCH camp, master classes were already held by representatives of the Special Operations Forces, border guards, police officers, dog trainers, medics, doctors and cooks. Now journalists have been added to this list.

We are thankful to every media representative who shared their knowledge and valuable experience with our teenagers.
