Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter announces she's pregnant following tragic loss of quadruplets

Hollyoaks favourite Jorgie Porter has moved her castmates to tears with the joyous news that she's expecting a baby with her fiance Ollie following the tragic loss of quadruplets last year. Jorgie, who plays Theresa McQueen in the soap, shared an adorable Instagram video showing their hands and their pet Doberman's paws pulling away to reveal a baby scan.

"Hopeful beginnings …" Jorgie captioned the video as the congratulations poured in. Hollyoaks co-star Kieron Richardson, who plays Ste Hay, messaged: "The best news baby pio-ports." Chelsee Healey who plays Goldie McQueen. said she was "crying" with a stream of love hearts and emotional faces.

Jennifer Metcalfe who plays Mercedes McQueen said: "Cannot wait for this chapter xx" And Jorgie replied: "I can't wait for you to be my guide."

Ruby O'Donnell who plays Peri Lomax in Hollyoaks said with a crying emoji and love hearts: "OMG i'm so happy for you guys!!!!" Stephanie Waring who plays Cindy Cunningham messaged: "Jorgie you deserve this and so much more. I'm bursting with smiles for you both." And soap bosses messaged: "THIS IS JUST BEAUTIFUL! Congratulations."

The couple, who celebrated their engagement in February at Morley's Hall, Astley, found love in 2020. Jorgie recently reflected on her Instagram: "We have been through a lot, these past two years … and still managed to laugh with eachother through all the tough times … love you best mate @olliepiotrowski."
