Hibs rubber stamp mega-money investment as Bill Foley and 2 allies spearhead board shake up

Bill Foley has officially joined the Hibs board alongside allies Ryan Caswell and Leslie Robb with the Black Knights' 25 per cent investment taking hold.

Bournemouth owner Foley has invested a reported £6m into the Easter Road club and after a long wait for it to be ratified, it was made official at the club's AGM last month. He has now officially joined the board as an executive director alongside Caswell, who has been involved in the creation of the Black Knight group. Caswell is also involved heavily with Foley's investment in Bournemouth and FC Lorient

Also joining the board as a non-executive director is lifelong Hibs fan Robb. Robb has been a shareholder since 2015 and is a long-serving member of the Hibernian Women’s Advisory Board. The three new directors join a new-look 12-person boardroom led by chief executive Ben Kensell.
