Here's how I see Rangers rebuild playing out and why Gio van Bronckhorst is perfect man to lead it - Barry Ferguson

In Gio van Bronckhorst we trust!

It’s going to be a big summer for the Rangers gaffer as he starts to piece together a squad capable of wrestling the title back from Parkhead.

But from what I’ve seen so far, I really do have faith in van Bronckhorst’s judgement to get it right.

There’s no doubt there’s going to have to be some sort of rebuild given the contract situation with a host of players.

It’s all gone a bit quiet on the Connor Goldson front so we have to assume his time is up at Ibrox.

That’s hugely disappointing because the big
