Helen Flanagan sweetly declares 'my man' on Barbados holiday as fans slam 'jealous' reaction to holiday look

Helen Flanagan has sweetly declared 'my man' as she was seen enjoying entertainment on her sun-soaked holiday. The actress ditched the UK, specifically the north, last weekend for more exotic and sunnier climes as she headed to Barbados with her children.

However, during her trip, Bury-born Helen admitted to not quite feeling her best. The 32-year-old is currently co-parenting Matilda, eight, five-year-old Delilah and Charlie, two, with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair after the pair broke up last summer.

But having already whisked her kids abroad to Dubai by herself earlier this year, Helen decided to brave a different location for her latest trip and told her fans and friends there was no need to worry as she was seen at the airport over the weekend.

She has since been sharing some updates from Barbados but her latest wasn't as upbeat as expected. It appeared she spent some time spoiling her eldest daughter Matilda as they headed to see the new Barbie movie, with the eight-year-old dressed top-to-toe in pink, before heading to an Instagram-worthy cafe for some sweet treats with her siblings.

But later, Helen could be seen sitting down for a break in the sun, sporting a plunging sundress with her blonde locks pulled back into a slick bun and her black oversized sunglasses placed atop her head.

She said to the camera: "I've just woken up from a three hour nap. The kids keep waking me up at 4 o'clock in the morning and I'm usually quite good on not much sleep but it's really caught up to me today." Helen explained that she and her friend, Beth, who has made the trip with her, wanted to get some rest in before they headed somewhere
