Helen Flanagan defended again as she shows off washboard abs on exotic trip before message to ex Scott Sinclair

Helen Flanagan has continued to share updates from her exotic trip as she soaks up the sun in Barbados with her three children. The actress ditched the UK over the weekend as she whisked her young kids off on their latest adventure.

Bury-born Helen is currently co-parenting Matilda, eight, five-year-old Delilah and Charlie, two, with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair after the pair broke up last summer and so after a solo trip with the kids earlier this year to Dubai, Helen decided to switch up the location of her latest adventure and headed to Barbados with the help of her friend who she often praises for helping her out with the kids.

But the former Coronation Street star, who is famed for playing Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, did leave her former on-screen sister feeling 'anxious' when she shared a snap of herself at the airport with Matilda, Delilah and Charlie. Taking to her Instagram, the doting mum shared a picture from the airport ahead of her flight.

Helen could be seen beaming whilst holding her youngest Charlie in one arm, as she put her other arm around Delilah and Matilda. The caption read: "Mummy always got it, let’s go babies." And despite suggesting they need not worry about her having her hands full, Brooke Vincent couldn't help but respond.

"This WHOLE situation is giving me anxiety," the former soap star, who played Corrie's Sophie Webster, wrote before adding: "I hope you’ve got your contacts in for starters." But Helen responded: "Slept in them sore itchy bloodshot eyes." Brooke then replied with a string of crying laughing and heart emojis before saying: "Have fun."
