Harry Kane sends Manchester United fixture warning to Tottenham players

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has described Manchester United as "one of the best teams in the league" ahead of Saturday's huge clash between the two clubs at Old Trafford.

United, who won 3-0 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium back in October, will be looking to get back on track after Sunday's 4-1 hammering at Manchester City, whereas Spurs will hope to build on their emphatic 5-0 win over troubled Everton on Monday evening. Victory over the Toffees sealed a third win in four games for Antonio Conte's side, meaning they will travel north with a spring in their step.

They also travel to Old Trafford right on United's heels in the table. The win over Everton moved Spurs to within just two points of United; a victory would see them move above them.

The game will have major ramifications for the race for Champions League qualification. And Kane admitted he is relishing the contest, but has warned that United remain a tough team to go up against.

"United are still one of the best teams in the league," said Kane, as quoted by the Evening Standard. "Obviously they have come off a disappointing result at the weekend.

"There is always going to be a reaction and a bounce-back from their players and we need to make sure we are ready for that. We obviously feel that there is an opportunity for us there because we have had a great result and we could try to use that momentum, especially away from home, against their crowd.

"But it will be a tough game. They have got some great players.
