Greggs fans excited as festive bake back in stores tomorrow but popular product axed from menu

Greggs has announced the return of one of its festive favourite snacks - but also revealed one of its popular products is being axed.

The budget bakery regularly changes its menu to keep up with the seasons. Taking to Twitter, formerly X, today (Wednesday November 8) Greggs wrote: "You’ve got [one] day left to enjoy our Pumpkin Spice Latte. Don’t be Pumpkin Spice Too Late".

@skyera1n replied: "But then. It's festive bake time" as @Rolling91459841 responded: "And we've got (one) day left to wait for the Festive Bake." Elsewhere on X, @markharbs tweeted: "Greggs festive bake on Thursday?? Yassss!!" as @hoppyhopp_ vowed: "Camping outside Greggs for festive bake day".

That's right - the Pumpkin Spice Latte might be leaving us now that October has been and gone, but the delicious Festive Bake is returning. The Christmassy pastry is made with pieces of chicken, sage and onion stuffing and bacon, covered in a sage & cranberry sauce - and it will go on sale again from tomorrow (November 9).

A vegan version will also be available once more. Greggs is also treating fans to a host of new treats this Christmas, including a Spicy Vegetable Curry Bake, made with mixed vegetables, chickpeas and rice in a spicy curry sauce with added chilies.

It comes as Greggs, which has more than 2,300 shops nationwide, unveiled its Christmas menu in full. Festive warm drinks will also be on offer, including orange hot chocolate and mocha, as well as mint flavoured versions. Keep in mind prices vary across the country.
