Grand National 2024 sweepstake kit that you can print for free

The Randox Grand National is back as millions prepare to watch the biggest horse racing event of the year.

The race, the highlight of the three-day Grand National meeting at Aintree, takes place on Saturday afternoon. And this year the starting gun will fire earlier than usual as the race time has been moved forward to 4pm instead of the usual 5.15pm.

It is one of several changes that have been made in a bid to improve safety for the horses and riders. Other changes include reducing the field from 40 to 34, and moving and lowering certain fences.

Among the horses taking part this year is 2023 winner Corach Rambler who is the favourite.

To help you get involved in all the action, the Manchester Evening News has put together this easy-to-use sweepstake kit, with the 34 likely horses to be running. Please note the line up may change in the days running up to the big race with the final field confirmed on Thursday afternoon.

We suggest charging £2 a ticket, which will give you a prize kitty of £80. Cut out the names, throw them in a bag or box, get your colleagues, friends or family to draw a ticket and fill in the list, far right, with the details of who has picked which horse.

The winner will take away £40, the second £25, the third £10 and the fourth a fiver.
