Gorka Marquez sends three-word response as Gemma Atkinson shares 'rubbing it in' complaint over string of unseen pictures

Gorka Marquez was quick to respond as Gemma Atkinson shared a string of unseen pictures of the pair. Hits Radio host Gemma complained about her phone 'rubbing it in' by reminding her of their memories together from five years ago and it's fair to say their lives were very different.

Back in 2018, the couple were fresh into their relationship after meeting on Strictly Come Dancing the year before in 2017 where Gorka is a professional dancer and Gemma was one of the many contestants taking part. And while they weren't paired up, love blossomed behind the scenes but more so early in 2018 when they both headed on the dance show's arena tour.

Since then, then Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, have welcomed their first child, daughter Mia, in 2019, got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2021 and just last month they welcomed their second child, baby boy Thiago, into the world.

But it appears technology wants to remind Gemma of the times before children as her iPhone created a video featuring snaps of herself and Gorka on a sun-soaked holiday. The pair appeared to be having the best time as they frolicked in the sea, sipped cocktails and took in the sights of their location.

Sharing the video to Instagram, set to the Dire Straits track 'Walk of Life', Bury-born Gemma wrote to her loyal fans: "My phones rubbing it in reminding me of that time 5 years ago today when we weren’t exhausted @gorka_marquez." Quick to reply with just three words, dancer Gorka replied: "Oh those days…." alongside a love heart eyes emoji.

And fans were also keen to respond as they shared some supportive comments about where the pair are at in their life right now.
