‘Good enough for Liverpool’ – Ex-Arsenal man rubbishes Neves jibe
Former Arsenal man Kevin Campbell has laughed off Ruben Neves’ comments after the Gunners’ win at Wolves last week.
Mikel Arteta’s side held on for a 1-0 win at Molineux on Thursday despite playing the final 20 minutes with ten men following Gabriel Martinelli’s red card.
Wolves piled pressure on the Arsenal defence but could not find an equaliser.

After the match, Wanderers midfielder Neves criticised the Gunners, saying that the players celebrated “like they won the league”.
The Portugal midfielder said: “We saw the way they celebrated the win and that shows the level we are. I didn’t see Arsenal celebrating like this in the past 10 years – it was like they won the league.”

On Neves’ comments, he told Football Insider: “I actually laughed when I read that!
“Listen, players can say what they want – but it was a brilliant win. It’s a tough game against a good Wolves team at their patch, and Arsenal were down to ten men – why shouldn’t they celebrate?
“They certainly weren’t celebrating like they’d won the league. If I remember rightly, when Liverpool
