Goal-hungry Dublin annihilate Louth in Leinster decider
The more things change the more they stay the same.
Four years on from filleting Louth in the Leinster SFC and putting 5-21 on the board, Dublin did it all over again.
This time the Delaney Cup was on the line and Dubin duly snatched the silverware for the 13th consecutive year, a barrage of goals elevating them to a landslide 21-point win.
Man of the Match Sean Bugler, Paul Mannion, James McCarthy, Paddy Small and Colm Basquel all grabbed goals as Dessie Farrell's side strode confidently through to the new All-Ireland group stage.
As a result of retaining the Leinster title they will be in Group 3 and will begin their campaign at home to Roscommon before playing Kildare and Sligo.
