The Scarlets head to Kingsholm tonight for their Challenge Cup clash against Gloucester, with Six Nations squad places and qualification hopes on the line.
Warren Gatland names his squad on Monday, with players in both teams vying for places ahead of the Six Nations.
But there's also the more pressing issue of a place in the knockout stages, with both sides still in contention as European rugby resumes this weekend.

Dwayne Peel has made six changes from the win over the Dragons, with his backline having an average age of 22. Fly-half Sam Costelow, who turns 24 today, is the eldest player behind the scrum.
Scrum-half Archie Hughes replaces Gareth Davies, while Macs Page partners Eddie James in midfield for his first European start.
Ioan Lloyd starts at full-back, with the Wales coaches understood to be keeping an eye on wing Ellis Mee. In the pack, prop Kemsley Matthias and No. 8 Vaea Fifita return while Taine Plumtree switches to flanker and Max Douglas moves to lock.
Gloucester's Welsh contingent has taken a hit, with Tomos Williams not featuring and Gareth Anscombe missing out with a knee injury. However, they still have Max Llewellyn, Josh Hathaway and Freddie Thomas to call upon.
