Glasgow Warriors 52-24 Cardiff Rugby: Welsh team humiliated as hosts run riot at Scotstoun

Cardiff’s away day misery continued as they fell to defeat against opponents who had lost their previous five United Rugby Championship matches.

Inspired by the debut-making Taulupe Faletau, the Welsh side had impressed when defeating Munster in the opening round of matches. But they couldn’t back it up when they visited Scotstoun, falling to a defeat that extends a winless run on the road in the URC outside Wales which stretches back to March 2021.

It was their misfortune that Glasgow remembered how to win.
