Gemma Atkinson exposes Strictly Come Dancing pal 'blame' as she and Gorka Marquez host 'lovely' reunion

Gemma Atkinson has hilariously exposed her Strictly Come Dancing pal after she hosted a mini reunion alongside her fiancé Gorka Marquez. The Atkinson-Marquez household was full of tension on Sunday night (July 14).

That's because England faced Spain in the Euros 2024 final and so, Bury-born Gemma and Spaniard Gorka were supporting their home countries. However, there was a divide when it came to their children with daughter Mia choosing to side with Spain and Gemma got her son Thiago an England kit

Ahead of the big match, the couple shared a comedic video to Instagram of them both getting dressed in football shirts of their respective home countries to prepare to watch the clash in Berlin from their Greater Manchester home.

Hits Radio host Gemma could be seen dressed in the England kit while the football anthem Vindaloo by Fat Les played in the background. In the clip, she drinks a Budweiser beer straight from the can and pretends to act aggressively towards someone.

Meanwhile, Y Viva Espana by Manolo Escobar can be heard playing as Strictly star Gorka got into his Spanish football shirt. He then kissed the badge before pouring himself a glass of Cruzcampo beer and politely sipped it.

They then faced-off against each other before ending the clip with Gorka looking up at Gemma as she towers over him before they both look to the camera. Gemma captioned the video: “Well, this is awkward #englandvsspain #euros2024 Good luck @gorka_marquez."
