Gelant locked in at Racing 92 until 2024
French Top 14 club Racing 92 have officially confirmed the signing of fullback Warrick Gelant from the Stormers.
The 27-year-old, who earlier this month won the United Rugby Championship with the Stormers, has made nine appearances for the Springboks, the last coming during two pool matches at the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Gelant joining the Parisian outfit was one of the worst kept secrets in rugby circles in recent times.
Racing 92 said on their official website that Gelant had signed a deal until 2024.

The Stormers also wished Gelant well on his future endeavours.
"It has been thrilling to watch Warrick Gelant do his thing in a Stormers jersey for the last two years," the Cape franchise wrote on Twitter.
"He really is one of a kind. All the best with what lies ahead Boogie and thanks for the incredible memories."
Gelant is one of six new players at Racing for next season. They recruited two Fijian internationals from Brive in the shape of loose forward Kitione Kamikamica and hooker Peniami Narisia and a third, winger Asaeli Tuivuaka, from Parma.
Racing also signed New Zealand-born lock Veikoso Poloniati from Super Rugby side Moana Pasifika and French hooker Janick Tarrit from second division side Nevers, while Rory Teague is also on board as an attack coach.
Racing finished sixth in the Top 14 standings before losing to Bordeaux-Begles in the playoffs.
