Former WWE star has become a free agent & could be about to make sensational return

W. Morrissey, otherwise known as former WWE Superstar Big Cass, could be on track to return to the company soon.

Big Cass left WWE in 2018, after being released by the company due to reported issues with his attitude.

Cass has publicly spoken about the demons he was battling at the time, and thankfully, now seems to be in a much better place.

He physically looks a lot better too, and it was his recent cameo for AEW that caught the attention of fans, as you can see by clicking here, with many left impressed with the shape he’d gotten himself into.

Cass’ appearance didn’t just catch the attention of fans, but also people within WWE, with reports suggesting the company was left “impressed” by his work and look.

At the time of his appearance, Cass was under contract with IMPACT Wrestling, but now it’s emerged that he’s left the company.

PWInsider is reporting that Cass (W Morrissey) is no longer working with IMPACT, just over a year after his first match there.

W. Morrisey, aka the former Big Cass in WWE, has departed Impact Wrestling, PWInsider.com has confirmed

Many speculated that WWE could make a play to bring Cass back after his appearance on AEW Dynamite last month.

And now that he’s a free agent, the door has most definitely opened for WWE to make him an offer, if higher-ups decide that they do want him back.

It’s worth noting, that as of right now, no one is reporting that Cass is heading back to WWE, but based on the reports we saw last month, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them make a move.

As of right now, there’s also no word on whether or not Cass would be open to returning to WWE, just over four years after being let go.
