Ralf, 49, is the first F1 driver to confirm he is in a same-sex relationship.
He was a Formula One driver from 1997 to 2007 and won six Grand Prix races.
He was previously married to Cora Schumacher, a former Playboy model and ex-GQ cover star, for 14 years before the pair separated back in 2015. They have a son, David, together.
Michael Schumacher has not been seen in public since he suffered a serious brain injury in a 2013 skiing accident in the French Alps.
