Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino believes that midfielder Conor Gallagher would fit in at Liverpool in their midfield. It comes as the England international continues to impress on loan at Crystal Palace and for the Three Lions.

Gallagher, 22, has made 25 Premier League appearances for the Eagles this season, scoring eight and assisting three. His form has led to plenty of plaudits as well as a call-up to the England senior squad. He made his debut in Saturday’s win over Switzerland, getting an assist for Luke Shaw’s equaliser.
