FIFA 23: New leagues, teams, and stadiums
With more official licences than ever, FIFA 23 is poised to be the biggest year of EA’s football series to date. Here are the latest leagues, teams, and stadiums that we are aware of.
FIFA 23 is scheduled to be the final game to contain FIFA branding before the series is rebranded as EA Sports FC in response to the announcement that EA and football’s primary governing body are ending their collaboration after nearly 30 years.
For the first time, playable domestic leagues are planned. FIFA 16 saw the introduction of international teams, but since then, the games haven’t progressed in their representation of women’s soccer.

It’s important to note that while FIFA 23 will feature several interesting new leagues, the Mexican Liga BBVA MX and the Japanese J-League will no longer be included.

Even though EA hasn’t made any official statements about the new teams appearing in FIFA 23, leakers have already started disclosing them.
Juventus’ exclusivity contract with Konami to play in eFootball has expired, according to FIFA insider Donk Trading. As a result, the Serie A team will feature in FIFA 23 with the correct name, uniforms, and stadium.
