Fearne Cotton feeling 'wiped out' after undergoing surgery to remove jaw tumours

Fearne Cotton has issued fans a major health update after undergoing an operation to remove two tumours from her jaw. The podcast host and TV presenter, 43, previously shared that she was set to have two benign tumours removed, just weeks after her fellow broadcaster, Davina McCall, publicly announced a similar ordeal.

The former Celebrity Juice star told her Instagram followers that she was recovering well and taking it easy. The mum-of-two snapped a picture of herself relaxing on the sofa in her pyjamas, giving the camera a thumbs up.

Alongside the photo, she penned: "Resting at home. Feel pretty wiped out but on the mend. "Professor O'Flynn did the neatest job and was simply amazing at making me feel calm about the whole thing. Any good TV suggestions, get them in."

It comes after Fearne released a statement last week following her surgery, reports the Mirror. The doting mum simply shared a written statement that read: “Operation went really well. Recovering and resting. Thanks so much for all the kind messages.”

Fearne referenced her "bloody good mate" Davina when she shared her surgery news this week. Davina recently underwent a six-hour operation to remove a benign brain tumour - just weeks before Fearne discovered her own tumours.
