Fallout 4: London trailer shows bike-riding and weaponized elephants

A lengthy new trailer for Fallout: London, the DLC-sized Fallout 4 mod set in post-apocalyptic England, has been released.

Fallout: London will release sometime in 2023, which is fantastic news for eager fans of power armour and vintage radio stations.

A few of the trailer’s scenes are genuinely intriguing, such as when we see someone riding a bicycle and when we catch a glimpse of someone who appears to be riding an elephant into battle during the post-credits scene.

In a series where vehicles are more useful as atomic landmines than as a mode of mobility, the ideas of rideable motorcycles and war elephants are fascinating. It’s exciting to learn that players in Fallout: London might be able to climb onto a bike or an elephant and take a ride, as moving vehicles have been added into a few Fallout games in the past by modders.

It appears that the mod may have some unique ways to move about since there are a few pictures in the trailer showing the player driving a tiny boat down a river that could be The Thames.

Fallout: London aims to offer a gritty experience that prioritises the use of physical weapons above firearms. It is set 50 years before the events of Fallout 4. The announcement trailer, which dropped on Monday 27th June 2022, showcases surviving British monuments like Big Ben and the Tower of London, you can see more of what Fallout: London has to offer.
