National League South sides enter the competition at this stage with teams six rounds away from reaching the final at Wembley in May.
George Elokobi’s Maidstone United side have been drawn away to Horsham, who sit eighth in the Isthmian Premier.
Tonbridge Angels will travel to Gosport, who sit 17th in the Southern League Premier South, while there’s a familiar foe waiting for Welling, who will host Havant & Waterlooville at Park View Road.
Chatham will travel to National League South Slough and Sittingbourne’s reward for winning at Dover is another away game, with their destination Winchester City - who sit 19th in Southern League Premier South.
Andy Drury’s Folkestone Invicta will have home advantage when they welcome Hanwell Town, a side currently sitting four places above Winchester in their league.
Ties are due to be played on Saturday, November 16 with winning sides earning £3,750 in prize money and losing teams collecting £1,000.
