FA Cup draw LIVE updates as Manchester United and Man City learn third round ties

Manchester United and Manchester City will be among the teams to soon find out their opponents for the third round of the FA Cup, with the draw made this evening.

The 44 Premier League and Championship clubs will join the 20 round two winners in the hope of making it to Wembley later in the season.

United were last year's winners, beating rivals City in the final. Tonight’s third-round draw will be held at the home of the current holders - Old Trafford.

Third round fixtures will be played across the weekend of Friday, January 10 to Monday, January 13, with the winning sides bagging £115,000 from the competition prize fund as well as a place in round four.

The draw for the third round of the FA Cup will take place tonight. Coverage of the draw shall start at 7pm.
