FA Cup 3rd round draw in full as Cardiff City, Swansea City, Wrexham and Newport County learn fates

The FA Cup third-round draw took place on Sunday afternoon - and all the Welsh clubs learned their fates for the next round.

There are no Premier League clashes for Cardiff City, Swansea City, Newport County or Wrexham. However, Swansea have their first FA Cup third round home fixture since 2021, and will face Morecambe.

Cardiff are away to Sheffield Wednesday, while Wrexham will be travelling to Shrewsbury Town should they defeat Yeovil Town later today.

Should Newport defeat Barnet in their replay, they will face either Eastleigh or Reading, which kicked off straight after the draw was made on ITV1.

The stand-out fixture of the draw was undoubtedly Arsenal v Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium, with Sunderland v Newcastle coming in at a close second.
