F1 Manager 22: Facilities, sponsors, and finances revealed

The significant new officially licensed F1 management simulation game, F1 Manager 2022, will launch on 30th August 2022.

The game will be available on 25th August for gamers who pre-order, on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.

In F1 Manager 2022, authenticity is essential, and driver ratings are no different. Each driver’s total rating is influenced by a combination of nine performance categories that are all based on actual racing data, closely aligned with Formula 1. 

Each performance rating is determined using a variety of data factors, resulting in a data-driven rating that takes into account past performances up to and including the current 2022 season.

These ratings will change as players and their drivers advance through the season to reflect their growth as they gain experience throughout the course of their careers. 

Each driver also has a unique Aggression number that indicates how likely they are to attempt an overtaking manoeuvre, even at the danger of a racing mishap. Additionally, they have growth potential, which shows how likely it is that their skills will advance in the future.

Wins don’t, however, only depend on the drivers. The main staff personnel who work both trackside and in the office to maximise the capability of the car are essential to a team’s success.
