Everything Ralf Rangnick said at Manchester United press conference ahead of Southampton fixture

Ralf Rangnick spoke to the press on Friday afternoon as he looked ahead to Manchester United's home match against Southampton in the Premier League this weekend.

United will be eager to get back to winning ways after a defeat to Middlesbrough in the FA Cup last time they played at Old Trafford, as well as a disappointing midweek which saw them draw away at Burnley in the league.

The Reds are unbeaten in their last 11 Premier League games against Southampton (W5 D6) since a 1-0 home loss in January 2016, while the visitors have won just two of their 22 Premier League away games at Old Trafford (D4 L16), losing this exact fixture 9-0 last season.

Rangnick was coy on early team news ahead of the match with Alex Telles back in training after a COVID lay-off.
