Erling Haaland's reaction to being substituted in Man City moments missed vs Southampton
Manchester City made it back-to-back 4-1 wins in the Premier League against Southampton on Easter Saturday.
Pep Guardiola put Erling Haaland straight back in the starting line-up after recovering enough from a groin injury, and the striker scored the opening goal on the stroke of half-time after nodding in another Kevin de Bruyne cross. Jack Grealish doubled the lead just before the hour mark after scoring at the second time of asking one-on-one with Gavin Bazunu.
Haaland added an acrobatic second ten minutes later with his 30th goal of the Premier League season. Sekou Mara again scored against City to pull one back but substitute Julian Alvarez restored the three-goal advantage from the penalty spot soon after.

The Norway international was immediately back amongst the goals on the south coast but also showed another side of his game in the aftermath of scoring the opener. After wheeling away in celebration, having headed City in front, all nine of his outfield teammates surrounded the striker by the corner flag to extend their congratulations on Premier League goal number 29 of the season.
There were hugs all around, and plenty of pats on the head, but Haaland was also seen sharing some words with those surrounding him as they began their walk back to the halfway line. After what had been a frustrating half up until that point, it looked like a clear show of leadership from the player to rally his teammates after making the breakthrough.
