Erik ten Hag speaks out on possible vote of confidence from Sir Jim Ratcliffe at Manchester United
Erik ten Hag insists he "doesn't care" about receiving a possible vote of confidence from new Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
There is ongoing uncertainty over United manager Ten Hag's future after a 15th defeat of the season to Fulham left them eight points adrift of the fourth Champions League qualifying spot in the Premier League table. Ratcliffe refused to assess Ten Hag's tenure in interviews last week and his investment has already included the appointment of Omar Berrada as chief executive, with Dan Ashworth lined up to come in as the inaugural United sporting director.
Amid planned changes across the club, Ten Hag's position is insecure due to United's erratic form this term. The Dutchman is under contract until next year and Ten Hag cited that in the absence of public backing from Ratcliffe.

"So I'm here. I'm under contract for three seasons, so I don't care," Ten Hag said. "I am in this process, I'm only focusing on the process, so I don't care what's going on around me.
"I have many talks with Sir Jim Radcliffe, also with Sir Dave Brailsford and others in that group, so I know where we are talking about and I have a strong belief and I feel that they believe in me.
"No [I don't feel I am on trial], but I want to win every game. I know I'm in a process, I know what I'm doing. As I just said, I've had many talks, consistently we have talks, and we're talking about the future together.
"I focus on those two points - progressing the team in this moment and the next game, and to think about the future, and to do that in togetherness.
"I'm not thinking about [uncertainty surrounding his future]. It's
