Erik ten Hag press conference LIVE Manchester United updates, Tottenham team news and Fernandes injury latest

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will answer questions from journalists at Carrington on Wednesday afternoon.

Ten Hag demanded a response from his players after the defeat against Sevilla in the Europa League and the team delivered exactly that at the weekend when progressing to the final of the FA Cup after edging past Brighton in the semi-final.

United now have the chance to win their second trophy of the season against rivals Man City. Ten Hag ended the longest trophy drought at Old Trafford for over 40 years by winning the Carabao Cup and his first season has been a success.

The Dutchman will be hoping for three points against Tottenham on Thursday night and he will speak ahead of that game at 12.30pm today. He'll preview the match during the press conference and an update on the team news will be provided.

Bruno Fernandes picked up a knock against Brighton and Ten Hag will clarify whether he will be available for selection.

Bruno Fernandes was with his young boy on one of the Carrington pitches and didn't have a protective boot or strapping on. Ten Hag will update in greater depth shortly.

Manchester City failed with their efforts to buy Kane in the summer of 2021 and it was not until August 25 that Kane confirmed he would be staying at Spurs.
