Erik ten Hag has given Manchester United five things to consider ahead of huge summer decision

Regardless of what happens between now and the end of the season, Erik ten Hag's future at Manchester United is going to remain a hot topic.

The Dutchman is understood to be in a position of uncertainty at Old Trafford following the arrival of the Ineos Group. The petrochemical giant, whose chairman is Sir Jim Ratcliffe, is in the process of implementing sweeping changes in M16, meaning nothing can be ruled out, either on or off the pitch.

But nobody is attracting more scrutiny and focus than Ten Hag. England boss Gareth Southgate, who has described ongoing reports as 'disrespectful', has been heavily linked with replacing the Dutchman, while others have also been touted as potential replacements.
