England make dream start under Ben Stokes and Brendon McCullum as NZ skittled for just 132

The returning James Anderson and debutant Matty Potts starred for England as they bowled New Zealand out for just 132 in the first Test of a new era under the new head coach and captain combination of Brendon McCullum and Ben Stokes.
