Emmerdale fans fume 'what a disappointment' as they're left angered by 'huge character change'

Emmerdale fans have been left fuming over Aaron Dingle's return thanks to his 'huge character change'. Viewers of the ITV soap were delighted when the fan favourite, played by actor Danny Miller, returned to the Dales last month.

But they have quickly realised that he is not the man they once knew. Aaron was first seen back on screens after being kept essentially hostage in a barn by his uncle Cain Dingle. He had practically picked Aaron from the streets of Italy and bustled him into the back of a van with the help of Caleb.

But Cain was adamant he had done it for the right reasons, claiming his nephew was in trouble and risked ending up dead. Cain's sister Chas was then shocked to find her brothers had locked up her son and demanded they release him before more details about what he's been up to and why Cain forced him back to the village slowly started to come to light.

He has since agreed to stay in the village, thanks to some words from brother-in-law Vinny, but he's been making enemies on every turn. After already snapping at the innocent character earlier in Wednesday night's Emmerdale (November 8), later at the scrapyard, Aaron fumed: "You need to stop pretending that me and you are mates."

But Billy Fletcher who Aaron had already had beef with earlier in The Woolpack, soon turned up to retrieve his van. Billy asked if Aaron was bothering him, to which Vinny insisted it was fine. But after he'd gone, Aaron threatened: "You’ve got until tomorrow to get me my first instalment. Tomorrow. No arguments."
