Emerging Rangers transfer headlines on Anselmino, Lovelace, Clark and Dessers as deadline busting £4m Hagi sale backed
Philippe Clement has already admitted Rangers need more players if they are kick on in the second half of the season.
So far, however, Clement has made just one January addition after signing defender Rafael Fernandes on loan from Lille. Clement is in need of defensive reinforcements amid his team's crippling injury crisis and The Scottish Sun report that Anselmino is on their radar. They note that they will face competition from Sheffield Wednesday and Marseille.
With the transfer window in Italy set to close on Februrary 2, both Empoli and Cagliari are said to be ready to test Rangers resolve to keep Cyriel Dessers this month. Rai News report that the frontman is the "favourite" target for the club but is not "of an economic profile" they can afford on a permanent deal this month and would be eyeing a loan.
Zak Lovelace is reportedly inching closer to a return to Millwall. The
