Emergency services called to petrol station after man walks in seriously injured
There was a huge emergency response to an incident at a petrol station in south Manchester before a man was rushed to hospital on Sunday (January 19).
Police and paramedics were called to the Texaco garage, on Mauldeth Road West, at around 10.30am to reports of the concern for welfare of a man.
The man is understood to have walked into the petrol station and bleeding heavily. He was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
Pictures from the scene showed three police vehicles, an ambulance and paramedic vehicle parked up outside the petrol station at around 10.30am.
Officers could be seen going into the petrol station before the man was rushed to hospital. No arrests were made in connection with the incident.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed they received reports for the concern for the welfare of a man and found him with serious injuries at the scene.
