Dumfries Running Club launching free jogScotland course in January 2024

For anyone interested in kick starting their fitness goals for 2024, Dumfries Running Club's free jogScotland course will begin on Monday, January 8.

The registration will be at Dumfries Sports Club at Nunholm from 6pm onwards and the programme will start at 6.30pm.

No running or jogging experience is necessary as the course is designed for those who have not taken part in sport for a long time and will be led by qualified and trained jog leaders.

Most of all the programme is a chance to get fit, have fun and make friends with others keen to be more active.

Anyone over 18 or over interested is advised to register beforehand at www.jogscotland.org.uk and confirmation of registration shown on mobile or tablet or paper copy brought along on the day.
