Dozens of flood alerts issued across Wales as rain continues to pour - live updates

A weather warning for heavy rain is in place across much of Wales on Tuesday as downpours cause issues across the country. A landslide has been reported on the A5 in north Wales and there have been a number of accidents on the roads this morning.

One flood warning has been issued for River Dulais at College Campus and Sandy Road in Pwll, Carmarthen. According to Natural Resources Wales, river levels in the river Dulais at Pwll are expected to rise until at least 9.30am on Tuesday.

The warning issued by NRW, urges people to put flood protection and equipment in place, move family, pets and those who are vulnerable to a safe place and turn off energy and water supplies if safe to do so. In addition to this there are 21 flood alerts in place for the following areas:
