Dover Athletic 2 Dagenham & Redbridge 2 match report: Ruben Soares-Junior scores two goals but Whites denied three National League South points against 10-man Daggers by late Ashley Hemmings penalty

Two-goal Ruben Soares-Junior helped Dover come from behind to draw at home to 10-man Dagenham & Redbridge on Tuesday night.

The visitors struck early through Donovan Wilson but also had Corey Panter sent off before half-time in the National League South match.

But a controversial moment came with 26 minutes played that resulted in defender Panter being red-carded after a five-minute delay by Mr Bolland for his part in an off-the-ball incident while Dagenham attacked. Whites midfielder Beadle was also booked.

As tempers continued to fray, Mr Bolland was quick to caution Matthews and right-back Roman Charles-Cook for the hosts, with captain Walker called into action to tip over a Joe Haigh free-kick.

Dover again threatened when George Nikaj played through Charles-Cook and the Grenada international
