Dover Athletic 3 Hampton & Richmond Borough 3 match report: Attendance of 2,834 sees substitute Kenny Coker get injury-time equaliser for Whites after strikes from Decarrey Sheriff and in-form forward Ruben Soares-Junior

Kenny Coker got an injury-time equaliser for Dover as they shared the spoils from a six-goal National League South game against Hampton & Richmond Borough on Saturday.

Forward Craig Fasanmade put the visitors into a 2-0 lead by half-time with a brace.

In-form Dover forward Ruben Soares-Junior got one back and, while midfielder Harry Gardner scored a Hampton & Richmond third, Decarrey Sheriff set up a grandstand finish for Jake Leberl’s troops.

Fellow home substitute Coker came up trumps as it ended 3-3 in front of a huge attendance of 2,834 at Crabble.

Alan Julian’s men, who extended their unbeaten run to seven matches despite late disappointment, created the first opportunity inside two minutes. That saw forward Ronan Silva curl inches wide of home skipper and keeper Mitch Walker’s left-hand post.

But five minutes later, the away team drew first blood on Dover’s first community day this season.

Fasanmade lifted over Walker to find the net after a header from Harry Beadle sold 33-year-old England C international Walker short.

Dover defender Beadle again handed possession to Silva and he unleashed a shot that crashed against the crossbar.

To make matters worse for Whites, Mo Jallow hobbled off with another injury and was replaced by fellow midfielder George Wilkinson midway through the first period.

The hosts started to improve, with top scorer George Nikaj flashing a right-wing delivery across goal in the 28th minute after midfielder Alfie Matthews started a counter-attack.
