Dionne Warwick to bring special night of music and conversation to The Lowry - here's how to get tickets
Legendary singer Dionne Warwick has announced she will be bringing her ‘Don’t Make Me Over’ tour to the UK in 2024 - with a date in Greater Manchester.
The music star, known for hits like Walk On By and I Say A Little Prayer, will come to the UK for what is set to be a unique show featuring songs performed with a live band, as well as on-stage discussions with interviewer Dave Wooley.
The UK tour will kick off at The Glasshouse in Gateshead on May 5, 2024, before travelling across the UK to the likes of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Birmingham. Dionne will come to Salford’s The Lowry theatre on May 12 before a performance at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane on May 14.

Speaking about the show, Dionne, 82, says she hopes it will guide audiences through her life story from her humble beginnings as a gospel singer in New Jersey to becoming one of the most recognisable female voices of all-time.
The show will also feature a multimedia set-up with LED screen screening clips of Dionne’s recent documentary Don’t Make Me Over, which won the People's Choice Award for Documentaries at the Toronto International Film Festival.
“I’m so thrilled to be coming back to the UK and bringing a brand-new show to my fans,” Dionne said. “I’ll be sharing stories & personal anecdotes from my life along with footage from my recent documentary, ‘Don’t Make Me Over.’ And of course, I’ll be singing some of my favourite songs from my career.”
