Forbes reported a recent leak revealed that a ‘Destiny 1’ Exotic will be coming to Destiny 2 in Season 17.

When writing their blog named ‘This Week At Bungie’ the developers accidentally revealed this old Exotic will be making a return due to the redacted exotic not being redacted in Japanese.

Due to this, players were quickly able to find out that The Trespasser will be coming to Season 17. This is an exotic sidearm that arrived in Rise of Iron in Destiny 1.

The part in the blog that gave it away was in a section listing “outliers” for Destiny 2’s new Airborne Effectiveness stat where a (REDACTED) weapon was listed- but in Japan, this ‘redacted’ didn’t work and it revealed the exotic.

Twitter page Destiny Tracker has revealed a list of all the content we know so far coming to the new season. For now, we do not know key details around this information, but when we do, we will be able to update this
