Derrick Henry powers Baltimore Ravens past the Buffalo Bills

Derrick Henry ran for the longest touchdown in Baltimore Ravens history as they handed the Buffalo Bills their first loss of the season.

Henry ran for 199 yards as the Ravens won 35-10, opening the scoring from 87 yards to break the record and caught a scoring pass from Lamar Jackson.

Jackson ran for a touchdown of his own and connected with Justice Hill for another, Patrick Ricard rubbing salt into Bills’ wounds as he collected a Henry fumble on the goal line for their fifth touchdown.

The defeat ended the Bills run of 43 games without losing by six or more points.

Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs overcame an early 10-point deficit to beat the Los Angeles Chargers and continue their unbeaten start to the season.

Patrick Mahomes threw for 245 yards and a touchdown, finding tight end Travis Kelce seven times as he set a new Chiefs record for career receptions.

The San Francisco 49ers returned to winning ways after two defeats with a 30-13 win over the New England Patriots, while the Las Vegas Raiders held off a late Cleveland Browns rally to win 20-16.

Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels threw for 233 yards and a touchdown as well as running for a score as the Washington Commanders beat the Arizona Cardinals 42-14.

The Minnesota Vikings held off a stirring comeback from the Green Bay Packers as a 31-29 win made it four successive victories in the NFL.

The visitors were leading 28-0 with five-and-a-half minutes of the second quarter remaining, but Will Reichard’s 33-yard field goal in the fourth proved crucial to get them over the line after fit-again quarterback Jordan Love led a fierce Packers response.
