De Bruyne, Stones, Bernardo - Man City injury news and return dates ahead of Wolves clash
Manchester City have redemption in mind this weekend when they return to Premier League action against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Pep Guardiola's side suffered their first defeat since the Community Shield on Wednesday night when they lost 1-0 to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup third round. After having the best of the first half, City were caught cold in the second and were punished in the 53rd minute as Alexander Isak smashed home the only goal of the game to send Eddie Howe's men through.
As disappointing as the result may have been, City have no time to dwell with another fixture on the horizon this Saturday. The Blues have a 100 per cent record in the Premier League and will put it on the line against struggling Wolves at Molineux.
