Dave Myers' heartbreaking final The Hairy Bikers scenes as BBC airs his last onscreen moment with Si King

Dave Myers will be seen in his last Hairy Bikers scenes in the show filmed alongside co-star and best pal Si King before his tragic passing. It was announced last month that the much-loved TV chef had died on February 28 following a battle with cancer.

Si announced the sad news in a heartbreaking message shared on social media, in which he confirmed he, Dave's wife Liliana Orzac, his family and close friend David were all by his side as he passed.

Tributes quickly poured in for the popular TV star and a tribute has since been made by the BBC as it was decided Dave and Si's latest series, Hairy Bikers Go West, will continue to air in his memory. A post on the Hairy Bikers Instagram page ahead of the episode said: "Despite such sad times we know that Dave would have wanted you to continue to enjoy the magical series that he shot with Si last year.
